  1. 24-hour test

    Each machine runs a 24-hour test before it goes into stock, not just before delivery.

  2. Firmware updated

    BIOS and all component firmware are updated.

  3. Deep clean

    Inside and out, every server and workstation is cleaned.

  4. Fresh thermal paste and CMOS battery

    High-quality thermal paste is applied fresh and a new Duracell CMOS battery is fitted.

  5. Quality team approval

    Only machines approved by our quality team go into stock.

Warranty & AMC

Clear cover on every refurbished server and part

1-year replacement warranty

Included in the selling price of every refurbished server and part. If something fails, we replace it.

2-year warranty on request

Need longer cover? Ask for a 2-year warranty when we bill your order.

Low-cost AMC

An annual maintenance contract at a minimal cost, so you don’t pay for service visits through the year.
